Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified Senior Solutions Architect to meet with customers to provide pre-sales analysis, design, recommendations, and justification for customized solutions within the customer’s environment.
Responsibilities
- Work with Account Executives to develop customer relationships and high-level solutions to assist in the sales process
- Define and design technology solutions to assist the customer in meeting their business objectives
- Create and deliver customer-facing presentations
- Ability to meet customer goals and objectives for the project within budget and on time
- Work closely with the Account Executives, manufacturer partners, and the customer to ensure a smooth transition from design to implementation and support
- Provide detailed design documentation, including diagrams detailing configurations and the installation process
- Produce accurate Bill of Materials and Statements of Work
- Proven Pre-Sales Solutions Design expertise
- Must be a team player with excellent communication skills at the business and technical level
- Able to collaborate as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong technical expertise and sales acumen
- Experience in systems analysis and design, with a solid understanding of development, quality assurance, and integration methodologies
- Experience in a Value-Added Reseller (VAR) environment preferred
- Perform other duties as required and/or assigned
- Employee must be able to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of Datacenter Architecture experience
- Expert-level knowledge and experience with the design and implementation of the following:
