About the role
Experience migrating Data Centers from On-Premise to Cloud (AWS) required.
Qualifications & Background
- At least 5 years of progressive experience delivering IT-focused initiatives from initial planning through to completion, with a strong emphasis on client outcomes.
- Minimum 3 years overseeing large-scale or complex technology programs.
- Demonstrated success in driving projects within Agile frameworks, with familiarity in both SDLC and PDLC principles.
- Solid grasp of multiple project delivery approaches, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Skilled at managing competing priorities and deadlines across multiple work streams.
- Adept at leading diverse, cross-functional teams toward shared objectives.
- Background in budgeting, resource planning, and mitigating delivery risks within IT environments.
- Experience working in structured or unionized settings considered an asset.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align technology solutions to business outcomes and financial goals.
- Track record of introducing creative, efficiency-focused strategies and gaining stakeholder alignment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Capable of building and maintaining productive relationships across technical, operational, and business teams.
- Comfortable with project management and collaboration platforms.
- Exposure to managing distributed Agile teams is a plus.
- Familiarity with scaled Agile delivery practices is an advantage.
