About the role
Are you a proactive, bilingual sales professional with experience selling into grocery stores? Are you at the beginning of your sales career and want to work for an amazing and distinguished food company? Our customer is looking for a Sales Representative to manage relationships and drive growth in the West Quebec territory (Montreal West, Îles Perrot, Chateauguay, Beauharnois, Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, Rawdon, Gatineau).
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships across your territory.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets.
- Visit grocery and retail stores regularly to ensure product placement, display standards, and promotional activities are optimized.
- Monitor stock levels, planogram compliance, and product integrity to maximize sales potential.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Plan your territory effectively, optimizing your route and time to drive results efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback, product quality issues, and market insights.
- Maintain organized retail files and leverage sales tools to track performance and progress.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of sales experience (selling into grocery stores required).
- Early career
- Fully bilingual (FR/EN) and post-secondary education.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
