About the role
Overview
We are looking for a Client Support Specialist to join a growing Support & Operations team. In this fully remote role, you will provide high-quality support to clients across multiple communication channels, helping resolve technical, financial, and operational inquiries while delivering an excellent customer experience.
This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide omni-channel customer support via email, chat, and phone
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues from start to finish
- Educate clients on products, features, and best practices
- Take ownership of customer inquiries and coordinate with internal teams when needed
- Support technical and transactional inquiries related to payments and account activity
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow internal processes and SLAs
- Work scheduled 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, within EST business hours
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in customer support, client services, or operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting customers in a technical or fintech environment is an asset
- Comfort working with tools such as CRM systems, messaging platforms, and internal dashboards
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliable internet
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
