Destination Expert – Luxury Travel Sales
Remote/Hybrid | Full-Time | Warm Leads | Premium Product | Uncapped Commission
Kensington designs the world’s most personal travel experiences—tailor-made, privately guided, and unforgettable. As a Destination Expert, you will craft custom journeys for high-value clients across 120+ countries, working with a globally recognized brand and best-in-class partners.
This is a consultative sales role—no cold calling, no scripts. Just warm leads, relationship-building, and luxury-level service.
What You’ll Bring:
✔ 2+ years of professional experience, sales experience is an asset
✔ Passion for travel and storytelling
✔ Strong foundational destination knowledge
✔ Strong communication, organization, and closing ability
✔ Proven success or potential in hitting or exceeding sales targets

For candidates located in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), this position follows a hybrid work model with one day in-office per week—typically on Wednesdays or Thursdays.

We provide a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $45,000 with the opportunity to participate in commission program tied to achievable targets and individual performance. The expected compensation range for this position is: $45,000 to $75,000.
The actual compensation may vary depending on local market conditions, and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
