Severine Spa is excited to welcome a Massage Therapist / Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our modern, full-service spa located within Delta Hotels by Marriott – Vancouver Delta.Whether you’re fully registered, awaiting your CMTBC examination, or a recent graduate eager to gain hands-on experience, we want to hear from you!
About the Role:
As a Registered Massage Therapist, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable spa experiences for our guests. You’ll provide a variety of massage treatments in a calming, professional environment that values well-being - both for our guests and our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of massage services, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and therapeutic techniques
- Assess client needs to deliver personalized treatments
- Ensure a clean, serene, and welcoming treatment environment
- Maintain accurate client records, including health concerns and treatment history
- Educate guests on wellness practices, stress-relief tips, and aftercare
- Adhere to spa hygiene standards, safety protocols, and professional guidelines
- Recommend spa services, packages, and retail products to enhance the guest experience
- Collaborate with fellow therapists and spa coordinators for smooth daily operations
- Stay informed about industry trends and participate in ongoing professional development
Qualifications:
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia (CMTBC) or awaiting registration/examination
- Previous spa or wellness experience is an asset — new grads are welcome!
- Skilled in a variety of massage techniques with the ability to customize treatments
- Excellent communication skills in English and a strong, guest-focused mindset
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and adherence to our spa dress code
