About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Executive to join our team at The Turn Lab. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, grow and gain hands-on experience working across integrated marketing campaigns.
As a key liaison between clients and internal teams, you’ll help keep projects organized, moving forward and aligned to client goals. You’ll be exposed to all stages of campaign development – from briefing through to execution – while building strong foundational skills in client management and project coordination.

What You’ll Do
Client & Account Support

Support the day-to-day management of client accounts through clear and consistent communication

Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to help address questions and requests
-
Participate in client meetings and weekly status calls; help prepare and update status reports
-
Build strong working relationships with clients over time
Campaign & Project Coordination
-
Assist in gathering project requirements that contribute to clear, actionable briefs
-
Help track timelines, deliverables and approvals to ensure projects stay on schedule
-
Coordinate and gather client assets where required (copy, imagery, icons, etc.)
-
Ensure all project details are documented and up to date
Collaboration
-
Work closely with internal teams including creative, media and production
-
Support senior account team members on campaign execution
Operational Excellence
-
Maintain accurate status documents and project trackers
-
Ensure tasks are completed on time and with attention to detail
-
Follow agency processes and contribute to a positive, team-first environment
-
Stay curious and up to date on marketing and advertising trends
What You’ll Bring
-
1–2 years of experience in marketing, advertising or a related role (internships included)
-
Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, business or a related field
-
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
-
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with project management tools is an asset
Bonus: Experience or interest in real estate or homebuilding marketing is considered an asset
