Please Note: We are open to remote candidates located in Canada who are willing to work business hours in the Eastern time zone. We’re looking for a Leadership and HR Development Facilitator to work directly with our external clients: HR professionals and leaders at all levels. If you’re passionate about delivering impactful sessions impactful sessions to enhance competencies across multiple industries and geographies, we have the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate online (and occasionally onsite) training offerings targeted mainly to leader and HR audiences using a variety of creative techniques aligned with adult learning principles.
  • Deliver 360 review debriefs to external clients, using McLean & Company’s 360 Feedback diagnostic, using a coach approach.
  • Manage a high volume of sessions while ensuring flexibility in working hours to meet client expectations across different time zones.
  • Facilitate other offerings such as focus groups, webinars, breakfast sessions, as required.
  • Partner with our commercial teams to demonstrate “proof of concept” for our products and services to potential clients, assess client needs, and scope requirements.
  • This role requires up to 20% travel and the ability to obtain a TN visa.

Essential Skills/Education

  • 3 years of facilitation experience, preferably online facilitation using Teams platform
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating both the first-time leader and senior leader level
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources Business Partner or in Talent Management
  • Client focused, with a demonstrated ability to assess client needs
  • Collaborative, with superior listening, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to multi-task and pivot quickly
  • Proven attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and make informed decisions that demonstrate a broader scope of contextual and business understanding, rather than just an HR focus
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, flexible, rapidly changing work environment
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and other Microsoft suit products.
  • University degree in HR, Adult Education, IO Psychology, Business or related program

  • Experience working with global organizations.
