leReporting into the asset management function, the Investment & Asset Management Analyst will support financial analysis, investment modelling, and portfolio performance evaluation across the company’s real estate assets. The role will involve building and maintaining Argus Enterprise models, supporting leasing and operational forecasting, and assisting with asset-level and portfolio-level financial analysis. The successful candidate will help strengthen the modelling discipline and support strategic decision-making through structured financial analysi

What Sets You Ap**
artThe ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in real estate investment and/or asset management analysis. Experience must come from within a Commercial Real Estate firm (e.g., REIT, owner-operator, investment firm, brokerage). Advanced proficiency in Argus Enterprise is required, along with strong Excel modelling skills. A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related discipline is requir
