Beach Hill Montessori School is seeking a warm, caring, and enthusiastic Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) to join our Toddler Program team. We are looking for someone passionate about early childhood education who values child-led learning and enjoys working in a collaborative Montessori environment.
Position Details
Position: Early Childhood Educator (ECE) – Toddler Classroom Location: Beach Hill Montessori School Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
Support and guide toddlers in a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment Implement age-appropriate activities that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development Maintain a clean, organized, and prepared Montessori classroom Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and health & safety standards Collaborate with teaching staff and administration to support the needs of each child
Qualifications
Valid Standard First Aid & CPR-C certification Previous experience working with toddlers preferred Montessori experience or training is considered an asset Strong communication and teamwork skills Caring, patient, reliable, and professional
