Supervisor of Curriculum and Instruction
About the role
The Regina Catholic School Division (RCSD) invites applications for the position of Supervisor of Curriculum and Instruction effective August 1, 2025. RCSD is seeking an energetic, innovative, strategic and effective instructional leader who is a passionate advocates for Catholic Education. Major responsibilities include Division leadership in the areas of early learning, curriculum and instruction, professional development, management of staff, and building for the Division’s future.
Key Notes: · Interviews will be held the week of July 20 - 24 · Membership to LEADS is required commencing August 1, 2026. Attendance at LEADS summer short course August 4-7, 2026 (New Member Orientation will be held August 4) · Registration with SPTRB must be current
The Ideal Candidate will have the following competencies: · Ability to work as part of a collaborative executive team · Effective communication skills and an ability to foster positive relations with a variety of educational and community partners · Skills in strategic thinking, creative problem solving, and change management · Commitment to providing opportunities for success to all students · Proven track record in effective research-based and data-driven decision making · Fiscal management skills and understanding of budgeting processes · Understanding of best practices, current research and provincial initiatives in Prekindergarten to Grade 12 education in the context of the Provincial Education Plan · Working knowledge of the RCSD Strategic Plan and Detailed Implementation Plans
