Role: AI Evaluator (Remote) Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Payout: $22 - $70/hour
Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an AI Evaluation Specialist to work on a contractor basis. Your expertise will directly shape the development of next-generation AI systems by providing high-quality, real-world input that enhances how models learn, reason, and perform. This role is critical to improving AI outputs across diverse domains, including finance, healthcare, and engineering. No prior AI experience is required — your domain knowledge is the key asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and critically assess AI-generated outputs for quality, clarity, usability, and overall user experience.
- Identify inconsistencies, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement across content types and visual experiences.
- Apply structured evaluation guidelines and provide insightful, nuanced feedback to inform model improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine quality standards, scoring criteria, and review processes.
- Maintain high accuracy and consistency across evaluations while adhering to established benchmarks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrated critical thinking ability to analyze complex outputs and identify areas for enhancement.
- Strong editorial judgment to assess content for correctness, coherence, and relevance to intended use cases.
- Proven experience in content evaluation, including written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure evaluations meet high standards of accuracy and reliability.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.
