WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Monitor daily global cash position and ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
  • Manage short-term cash investments and debt, ensuring optimal returns and cost of funds.
  • Provide support, coordination, address and respond to queries from auditors and internal reviewers, while taking ownership of issues and ensuring a successful resolution.
  • Execute wire transfers, ACH, FX trades, and other treasury transactions.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in all banking and treasury activities.
  • Support to develop and maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts.
  • Analyze variances between forecasted and actual results, providing insights to management.
  • Support relationships with banking partners; support account opening and closing.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline treasury processes through automation and system enhancements.
  • Perform verification and reconciliation of accounts, while verifying bank deposits and payments, and ensuring that a timely follow-up action is taken according to corporate standards.
  • Work collaboratively with accounting group and field staff to ensure transactions match funds received and sent, while providing rent payment reconciliation support.
  • Performs related duties as needed to support team and organizational goals.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years experience in Accounting or Finance.
  • Strong understanding of treasury operations, including cash management, and cash-flow forecasting.
  • Experience with executing wire transfers, ACH payments, FX trades, and managing short-term investments or debt.
  • Proficiency in financial reconciliation, transaction verification, and compliance with banking standards.
  • Ability to analyze variances in forecasts and provide actionable financial insights.
  • Familiarity with banking relationships, account setup/closure, and supporting audit processes.
  • Experience with treasury systems and a focus on process improvement through automation.
  • Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially with finance and field teams.
