As an Analyst, Revenue, you will play a critical role in driving revenue optimization, delivering actionable insights, and supporting strategic planning for the multi-residential business unit. Your work will influence financial performance, client reporting, and business growth initiatives.
Revenue Optimization & Strategic Analysis
- Assist with revenue and analytics for current and upcoming new development lease-up projects.
- Develop, implement, and manage data-driven strategies to enhance revenue performance.
- Support annual budgeting processes by forecasting residential revenue projections.
- Analyze internal and third-party data to identify market trends, growth opportunities, and competitor activity.
- Assist market research to inform investment, acquisition, and asset management strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, finance, property management, and capital teams to maximize asset value.
- Support leasing strategies, property operations, and capital improvement initiatives.
- Support engagement with property managers, owners, and other stakeholders to validate and compile data for reports and strategic insights.
Process Improvement & Technology Integration
- Improve residential reporting processes using AI and Microsoft technologies.
- Leverage Yardi and other relevant tools to streamline analytics and enhance efficiency.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to optimize performance measurement and data accuracy.
Reporting & Insights Delivery

Assist with comprehensive, accurate, and insightful client and internal reports.

Monitor economic and industry indicators to support business decisions.

Assist with maintaining up-to-date knowledge of demographic and real estate market trends.
Who You Are:

Bachelor’s degree in Planning, Urban Studies, Economics, Real Estate Commerce, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree is an asset).

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in analytics, finance, or real estate.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly convey data insights.

High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical, process-oriented mindset.

Proactive, organized, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

A natural collaborator who contributes to a supportive team environment.

Skilled in building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract required.
