ABOUT THE POSITION
The Regional Marketing Specialist (Canada) is a member of Aiphone Corporation’s Marketing Department, based in the Laval, Quebec office. This position supports the development and execution of corporate marketing content for Aiphone Corp., including video, digital, and written materials, while also coordinating regional marketing activities for the Canadian market.
The role is responsible for maintaining a Canadian marketing activity calendar, supporting events and campaigns, and ensuring that corporate strategies, assets, and messaging are effectively deployed in the region. The specialist serves as the primary marketing contact for the Canadian Sales team, dealers, distributors, and integrators, helping to align regional efforts while maintaining Marketing Department oversight of standards, brand voice, and communications.
This position reports to the Marketing Manager and works closely with Sales, Product Management, Technical Services, and external partners, including Canadian media and trade associations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Content & Campaign Support
- Support the development and writing of video scripts for product demonstrations, dealer training, and promotional campaigns for Aiphone Corp.
- Support the production of digital media content for use on the website, social media, email, and partner communications for Aiphone Corp.
- Support the creation of written content such as blogs, newsletters, landing pages, and product features for Aiphone Corp.
- Conduct research (customer feedback, competitive activity, and market trends) to support the development and execution of campaigns that address both North American and Canadian-specific customer needs and key verticals.
Regional Marketing Specialist
- Build and maintain a Canadian marketing activity calendar (events, campaigns, launches) aligned with the broader North American marketing strategy.
- Coordinate Aiphone’s marketing activities within Canada, including trade shows, dealer events, and training initiatives, ensuring events are on-brand, well-promoted, and aligned with regional sales and pipeline priorities.
- Support public relations and industry outreach with Canadian media and trade associations in coordination with the Marketing Department.
- Serve as the primary marketing contact for the Canadian Sales team to adapt and deploy corporate marketing strategies and assets that align with regional needs, while maintaining Marketing Department oversight of priorities, standards, and messaging.
- Work closely with Canadian dealers, distributors, and integrators to support channel marketing initiatives and identify Canadian customer stories, testimonials, and use cases for marketing, PR, and sales enablement.
- Create and manage French-Canadian adaptations/translations of sales and marketing materials to ensure accuracy and alignment with Aiphone’s brand voice.
Inter-relationship Relationship of position with internal, lateral and external groups.
- This position works closely with the Marketing Manager and corporate Marketing team based in Redmond, WA. It collaborates cross-functionally with Product, Technical Services, and Sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and effective campaign execution.
- The role interacts externally with dealers, integrators, and industry media to promote Aiphone’s solutions and events in Canada, but remains part of and accountable to the corporate Marketing Department.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position may occasionally require exposure to chemical hazards and to the production site where certain conditions require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), such as safety glasses and gloves. The company will provide PPE and training. For the most part, ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION AND RELATED EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing communications, content creation, or media production.
- Demonstrated experience in video production, editing, and on-camera or voice-over presentation.
- Experience in B2B marketing preferred, ideally within the security, technology, or electronics industries.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and spoken) required.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of:
- Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills in both English and French.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent tools is a plus.
- Strong project management, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with corporate priorities.
- Professional and ethical communication with internal teams, partners, and media representatives.
