As a Coordinator, Logistics Sr, you will coordinate complex logistics activities, optimize carrier selection, and act as the go‑to resource for resolving shipping challenges for internal and external customers.

What you’ll do

  • Arrange and monitor high‑value inbound and outbound shipments, selecting carriers based on cost, speed and reliability.
  • Generate export licenses, commercial invoices, air waybills and other required trade documents.
  • Track shipments proactively, communicate delays, and execute contingency plans to protect customer schedules.
  • Maintain accurate shipment data in ERP and transportation management systems.
  • Lead transportation cost‑reduction and process‑improvement initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and training to Logistics Coordinators and warehouse staff.

What you’ll need

  • Associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of shipping/receiving or logistics coordination, including international freight.
  • Knowledge of dangerous goods regulations (IATA/IMDG) and export compliance.
  • Experience with FedEx/UPS shipping software and freight forwarding portals.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
