To deliver services to our growing client base, Pinnacle is seeking candidates for a Senior Investor Services position to join our Team.

Job Description

The Senior Investor Services Associate plays a pivotal role in our Investor Services team, acting as a key point of contact for investors. This role is responsible for managing investor inquiries and processing transactions across all funds administered by Pinnacle. The Senior Investor Associate ensures the smooth operation of investor-related processes and upholds the highest standards of customer service and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Act as main contact for fund investors via email and telephone correspondence

  • Review & process investor subscription and redemption activity in accordance with the fund’s offering documents including reviewing documents for completeness and accuracy

  • Perform complex anti-money laundering (AML)/KYC requirements for investors of selected Funds to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements

  • Mentor Investor Services Associates and provide assistance for complex matters

  • Obtain valid tax reporting forms from investors where Pinnacle provides tax services

  • Validate updates to investor information and when required perform callbacks

  • Validate and release investor statements, communication and miscellaneous documents in accordance with investor and fund management instructions

  • Ensure distribution information is up to date and compliant in accordance with investor and fund management instructions

  • Prepare detailed FATCA CRS packages for multiple funds in accordance with the regulatory requirements where contracted

  • Respond to fund audit queries on investor information when required

  • Participate in system and process enhancement testing

  • Communication with investment managers, external parties and other ad hoc requests in accordance with internal

  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager

Desired skills and experience

  • Prior Investor Services or client relations experience is required

  • Knowledge of AML and FATCA/CRS

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to handle multiple demands, competing priorities, and constant change

  • Ability to allocate time effectively and manage tight deadlines

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

  • Familiarity with Canadian, Cayman and Bermuda regulatory requirements an asset

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office

  • Bilingual (French/English) verbal and written communication skills are a plus, but not required
