Marvin Recruiter is a next-generation ATS/CRM built for recruitment and consulting firms. Where traditional tools simply track applications, Marvin centralises an entire firm’s activity: candidate pipeline management, B2B commercial pipeline, job board multiposting, AI-powered matching, team KPIs — all in a single interface.
The product was built natively with AI: automatic candidate matching, advanced search, CV parsing, one-click LinkedIn profile enrichment. It’s a complex tool, designed by recruiters for recruiters, that replaces several software solutions at once.
We equip firms from 2 to 100 users and we are growing fast throughout our European expansion!The role
As a 360° Account Executive, you own your pipeline from end to end — from identifying targets to closing deals. You’ll receive lead lists to hit the ground running, but you’re the one who builds and drives your entire sales cycle.
As part of our expansion, we are actively growing into the UK market. We’re looking for a native English speaker to build and develop this market from scratch. You’ll be the first person to lay the commercial foundations of Marvin Recruiter in the UK.
This is a strategic position, you’ll join the sales team and report directly to the Head of Sales.
Your responsibilities
Identification & prospecting
- Identify and target recruitment and consulting firms via LinkedIn and our CRM
- Generate opportunities through cold calling (Aircall), social selling and HR/Recruitment trade shows
- Leverage the lead lists provided and continuously enrich your database
Sales cycle & demos
- Qualify each prospect at 360°: budget, decision-makers, current tools, business pain points
- Run personalised demos with full product mastery
- Send a follow-up summary and pricing proposal after each demo
- Define next steps and schedule follow-up meetings
POC management & closing
- Set up a tailored test environment suited to the prospect’s context
- Define success criteria, support during the trial phase and close
- Hand off to the Support/Onboarding team after signature
Reporting & CRM

Keep the CRM updated in real time (pipeline, forecasted revenue, call notes, account profile)

Flag the most requested features from prospects to inform product improvement

Contribute to internal improvements - from process suggestions to product feedback
Key figures
- 10 to 15 demos per week
- 5 to 8 follow-up meetings per week
- Sales cycle from 2 weeks to 6 months depending on firm size
Your the ideal fit if:
- You have at least 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Full-cycle experience (prospecting → closing)
- Comfortable selling a technical, complex product
- You are a native English speaker 🇬🇧
- You’re looking for ownership, impact, and growth

- You’re excited about joining a fast-moving startup and shaping its future
- Autonomous, rigorous, comfortable managing a high demo volume and a complete sales cycle
