JOB SUMMARY Canada Bread Franchisee seeking a reliable and professional Route Driver to join our team in Ancaster. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering products efficiently and safely to our customers while providing exceptional customer service. This role involves navigating designated routes, managing deliveries, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. A strong focus on organization, communication, and independence is essential to succeed in this position. RESPONSIBILITIES Organize, check, and load your own delivery truck in Ancaster. Safely operate commercial straight truck to deliver goods within Oakville. Ensure timely and accurate deliveries, adhering to scheduled routes and delivery windows. Maintain and perform daily truck logs. Perform heavy lifting when necessary to load and unload products safely. Ensure accurate delivery of orders to customers. Provide merchandising support at customer locations as required. REQUIREMENTS Valid G Class Driver’s License. Clean driving record. Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules. Comfortable working early morning shifts. Physically capable of loading and unloading products.
