2+ years
working in a project management role (preferably in a fast-paced agency environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously).

Prior expertise and experience leading projects in the fields of consulting, strategy, and customer experience is a must.

Established project management experience that has cultivated a solid understanding and capability to establish and oversee project schedules is required.
-
Passion, ingenuity, and a remarkable talent for effectively conveying strategic messages and interface across a range of senior and executive-level client stakeholders.

Excellent interpersonal, communication (oral and written), presentation, and organization skills.
-
Exceptional listening, analytical, attention to detail, prioritization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
-
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite - strong level of proficiency using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as hands-on functional knowledge and navigation of various Project Management software.

Willingness and flexibility to work outside of regular operating hours and travel as required.

Job Responsibilities

As a
Project Manager
, you will establish a firm focus and groundwork in project and client management and oversee programs from the pre-sale stage through project execution and operationalization.

Collaborate closely with our clients and cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of exceptional work while continuously searching for innovative ways to improve and elevate our clients' projects
within the Strategy, Consulting and CX domain.

Manage, monitor, and control project scope, budget, and timelines through to execution.
-
Create and monitor project management plans, including launch plans, communication plans, risk management plans.
-
Establish a critical path schedule, including milestone dates and completion timelines to meet completion dates for all projects.
-
Lead the project execution by working closely with cross-functional teams to complete deliverables within scope, schedule, and quality.
-
Lead project financial management requirements, including evaluation of change requests, estimating efforts and duration of activities, forecasting, developing statements of work, and project change notices.

Support the client relationship by developing and maintaining a trusted partnership, while becoming the client’s advocate within Bond and delivering the experience with excellence.

Establish an effective communication plan that includes timely documentation of project status, risks, and solutions to both the clients and internal stakeholders.

Develop a quarterly project health overview, outlining accomplishments and lessons learned.
Job Benefits
Compensation : The expected base salary compensation for this role is $60,000 to $90,000 CAD annually.
