Pay Package:

$ 3500 Sign on bonus

Milage Rate:

• Loaded Miles 1.58 + Fuel Surcharge miles (Based on PC Miler Practical Route)

• Empty Miles 1.32 + Fuel Surcharge miles (Based on PC Miler Practical Route)

Company Paid:

• Detention after 2 hours at customer $44.07 an hour

• Hourly work within 100 miles of terminal $56.90 per hour

• Layovers - $275 after a clear 24 hour break (Does not include reset hours)

• IRP Plates - 50%

• Tank Wash - Flate Rate $44.07

• On Time Load Delivery - $21.50

Owner Operator Paid:

• Holdback $3000 - Deducted at $50.00 per week

Vehicles must pass a GBT road test and inspection. GBT requires copies of all maintenace records completed at offsite locations
