CAD Designer - Entry level / Intermediate level

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient CAD Designer to join our digital dental laboratory team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong problem-solving skills, and takes pride in creating precise, high-quality dental designs.

Experience in dental CAD design is preferred, but we are open to training individuals with strong technical aptitude, digital workflow experience, and the right attitude.

About the Position

As a CAD Designer, you will work closely with our production and clinical support teams to design a variety of dental restorations and appliances using digital workflows and CAD software.

You will play an important role in ensuring cases are designed accurately, efficiently, and according to prescription requirements and lab standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design dental restorations and appliances using CAD software
• Review intraoral scans, models, and prescriptions for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with internal teams regarding case requirements and workflow issues
• Manage case priorities and meet production deadlines
• Maintain consistency in quality, anatomy, fit, and occlusion
• Troubleshoot scan or design-related issues when needed
• Follow and improve digital workflow protocols

Qualifications

• Experience with dental CAD software preferred
• (3Shape, Exocad, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a digital workflow environment
• Dental laboratory experience is an asset, but not mandatory for trainable candidates

Pay: $22.00-$29.00 per hour
