Job Description
Support the Solaris 11 environment, Redhat Linux 8, 9
Perform Operating System administration, maintenance, patching and hardening practices Assist with the planning and execution of server installations, configuration, and tuning of Linux using Satellite and Ansible (Ansible Automation Platform) Assist with the development of ansible playbooks to automate everyday administrative tasks Assist with the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation (build books, operational guides, etc.) Other related activities and deliverables, as required.
Required Skills
A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated work experience in a Redhat Linux 8/9 environment using Satellite A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated work experience with Solaris 11 environment Demonstrated experience with Ansible Automation Demonstrated experience with UNIX System administration, hardware support and building (Scripting, Packaging, OpsCenter) Demonstrated experience working within DevOps environments, including the development and management of CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment) pipelines.
Desired Skills
Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Network Automation, and/or Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) Redhat OpenSCAP
