About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our client's manufacturing team in Delta, BC .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing ongoing support and follow-up.
  • Understand customer needs and present suitable products or solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and prepare accurate sales proposals or contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (production, logistics, R&D) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and generate leads.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in industrial or B2B sales, ideally involving building materials or surface finishing solutions within the manufacturing or construction supply sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel frequently to meet clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
