The Data Analyst will be integral in upholding high-quality standards as Stacktics expands its advanced analytics workflows. The role aims to support rapid growth in analytics capabilities while maintaining excellent client satisfaction and fostering organizational success.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities
Analyze client data to formulate problem statements and provide recommendations for advanced analytics. Design a data and analytics strategy aligned with business goals. Develop scalable data pipelines and ETL processes with engineering teams. Create and maintain dashboards using tools like Looker. Lead the implementation of marketing analytics tools such as GTM and GA4. Automate reporting systems for marketing performance. Conduct data analysis to uncover trends and opportunities. Enable self-service analytics across teams. Establish data governance frameworks ensuring privacy compliance. Gather, clean, and preprocess data to ensure consistency. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into solutions. Improve data methodologies and workflows continuously. Identify data patterns and provide insights for products. Design testing processes and execute test cases for workflows. Resolve issues and defects in advanced analytics.

This Role Requires You To Have
4+ years in data analytics with measurable impact. 3+ years using Python and SQL. Experience with Looker and LookML. Strong data engineering and governance knowledge. Experience with a cloud platform, preferably GCP. Understanding of marketing analytics platforms like GTM and GA4.
You Would Benefit From Having
Interest in machine learning concepts. Knowledge of large-scale OLAP and BigQuery. Understanding of marketing techniques like A/B testing. Experience in predictive modeling and optimization strategies.
