What You'll Do: Prepare, review, and process applications, endorsements, binders, and invoicing via EPIC and carrier portals Recommend additional coverages to clients and assist with renewals, cancellations, and policy changes Build strong relationships by communicating effectively through calls, emails, etc. Maintain detailed electronic client files, manage renewal lists, and support special projects as needed Respond promptly to client and underwriter inquiries, providing expert guidance on coverage options and risk management What You Bring: 2 to 5 years of personal lines experience within a brokerage environment RIBO license is required Solid understanding of personal lines underwriting and coverages Familiarity with Epic and/or Compuquote is a plus Comfortable on the phone, with excellent communication and organizational skills Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Self-motivated problem solver with keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently or collaboratively Compensation & Benefits: $60,000 to $65,000 in base salary commensurate with experience Commission for friends & family business you write A group benefits plan Opportunity to grow within the organization This is your chance to join a reputable team that values expertise, dedication, and integrity.
