The Winnipeg Football Club is seeking dedicated, professional, and team‑oriented individuals to join our game‑day concessions operations at Princess Auto Stadium. We are currently hiring essential Stand Supervisor's positions that directly support our cooks and cashiers. These roles are critical to maintaining efficient concessions operations and delivering the high‑quality fan experience our organization is known for.
These positions oversee concessions stand operations during all events, serving as key liaisons for concessions staff to drive efficient speed of service, exceptional fan engagement, and consistent operational performance. Stand supervisor's play an essential role in staff training, food preparation oversight, and quality control while upholding a clean, safe, and well‑organized work environment that reflects the high standards of the Winnipeg Football Club.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service while upholding rigorous cleanliness and food‑safety standards
- Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment, maintaining a positive and team‑focused attitude
- Exhibit clear leadership qualities with the ability to coach, guide, and develop less experienced team members
- Conduct accurate and timely pre and post event inventory counts
- Oversee product levels and strategically assign staff to ensure efficient stand operations
- Proactively request, coordinate, and manage additional stock during events to sustain product availability
- Minimize waste and prevent spoilage through consistent application of proper food‑safety and handling procedures
- Lead and verify end‑of‑event clean‑up to ensure stands meet organizational quality and safety standards
- Provide hands‑on support to promote efficient kitchen operations and overall staff development
Requirements

Applicants must be 18 years or older

Proven supervisory or leadership experience (preferred), with the ability to inspire confidence and accountability

A positive, team oriented mindset with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service

Excellent communication skills to support seamless front and back of house coordination

Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to guide, mentor, and develop less experienced staff

Valid Smart Choices Certification

Food Handlers Certificate (preferred)

Prior food service or concessions experience (preferred)

Ability to lift products up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for 5+ hours during high volume events

Availability to work all Blue Bomber home games, along with additional special events as scheduled

Ability to perform effectively in a variety of weather conditions, including heat and rain
