About the role

We're partnering with a well-established organization seeking an experienced Manager, Business Analyst – Dynamics 365 (F&O / CRM) to lead the functional direction, governance, and ongoing evolution of its enterprise ERP platform. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining business analysis, people leadership, stakeholder management, and enterprise technology strategy.

What You'll Do

Lead and mentor a team supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and CRM. Manage platform governance, including intake, prioritization, backlog management, change control, and release planning. Partner with business leaders to gather requirements and deliver strategic business solutions. Drive ERP roadmap planning, platform enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with internal technology teams and external vendors to deliver scalable, integrated solutions. Establish best practices for business analysis, solution quality, UAT, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Provide executive-level reporting on platform performance, project delivery, and strategic initiatives.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of Business Analysis or Functional Leadership experience in enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments. Strong functional expertise with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). Previous experience leading teams or managing direct reports. Experience with governance, release management, change management, and stakeholder engagement. Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement. Exposure to Power Platform and Dataverse. Experience contributing to ERP strategy or enterprise application roadmaps. Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
