VDK Group Inc. is currently seeking a full-time General Production Labourer to join our growing team. This hands-on role supports the production of residential doors, windows, and aluminum systems. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and able to contribute effectively while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and professionalism. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in learning the trades and growing with an established and expanding company.
What You'll Do
- Loading, unloading material and restocking production stations
- Assist with product assembly
- Operate power tools and shop equipment
- Complete routine task assigned by supervisor
- Inspect product to ensure high-quality finished product
- Keep work area clean and organized
What You'll Bring
- A personable and professional demeanour
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to lift 50lbs+
- Must have a G2 class driver’s license
