What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Vice President, Gyptech Technical Services, we are looking for a Financial Analyst to provide financial reporting to support the continued growth of our team. Your role will involve:
- Assisting with the preparation of financial and strategic presentations.
- Partnering with Regional Service Managers to develop plant-specific business plans with relevant financial information and measurements. Helping leadership to summarize and present those business plans to various stakeholders.
- Preparing standardized monthly management reporting.
- Preparing, updating and maintaining rolling forecasts.
- Other tasks and ad hoc reporting as assigned.
What You Offer
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with 5+ years of accounting/finance experience in a project-based accounting environment. CPA designation preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices using ASPE.
- Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and financial management software. Experience with Infor Syteline ERP is an asset.
- Strong information gathering, and problem-solving skills.
- Logical and organized.
- A diplomatic professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
