Entrepreneurial Logistics / Warehousing Partner Wanted — Richmond Hill, Ontario
About the role
THIS ADD IS FOR A CLIENT
An established GTA warehousing and cartage business is looking for one or two hands-on partners to help lead a turnaround and growth plan.
The owner is approximately 70 and wishes to semi-retire. The business has warehouse infrastructure, racking, forklifts, docks, truck/trailer parking, local cartage capability and existing customer goodwill. Current warehouse utilization is approximately 50%, while practical warehouse capacity is approximately 38,000 sq. ft. The goal is to increase utilization to 80–100% and restore profitability. We are looking for someone with experience or relationships in warehousing, 3PL, trucking, freight brokerage, distribution, import/export logistics, industrial sales, e-commerce fulfillment or GTA shipper relationships.
Possible structures include commission, revenue-share, sweat equity, minority ownership or a gradual transition into a larger operating role.
This is best suited for an entrepreneurial operator or salesperson who wants to build value in an existing logistics platform rather than start from scratch.
