Position Details
The School of Graduate Studies (SGS) and Office of Research and Innovation Services (ORIS) are looking for a senior undergraduate student to take on some casual work for the two offices. The work will primarily involve:
- Organizing and updating the inventory of computers for both offices.
- Updates to web page content.
- Creation of new web pages.
- Creation and updates to SharePoint information.
- Editing and updating information in the Banner Student Information System, primarily regarding graduate supervisory committees.
- Other tasks may be included as required.
We anticipate no more than 8 hours/week starting on or before November 15th ending December 19th. There is the possibility that the position may be extended into the 2026 Winter semester.
The rate of pay will be $24.00/hour.

Position Qualifications
The successful candidate will:
- Be a University of Lethbridge undergraduate student who has completed at least 20 courses towards their degree.
- Have good time management and organizational skills.
- Be comfortable with technology.
- Be an independent worker.
- Have strong problem-solving skills.
- Have some experience with SharePoint and web page management.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Have strong communications skills.
- Be comfortable with asking questions when needed.
Preferred skills or experience include:

Drupal and SharePoint experience.

Experience with information systems, particularly those for student or employee information.
