Job Summary
For the upcoming summer, we are actively seeking an in-person SAT tutor in the area of North Toronto. This role involves working closely with students to offer individualized support and guidance in their SAT preparation. If you have a passion for making a difference in students' academic lives and specialize in the subjects tested on the SAT, we would love to have you join our team. This is a unique opportunity to have a meaningful impact on students’ futures.
Responsibilities
Provide academic support specifically tailored to the SAT, leveraging your expertise and knowledge. Create supplemental assignments to deepen students' understanding of SAT material. Offer both remedial and enrichment support tailored to individual student needs. Communicate effectively with parents or guardians to report on student progress and outcomes.
Qualifications And Skills
We are in search of educators who embody the following:
Energetic and enthusiastic about teaching, with prior experience in education. A commitment to delivering exceptional service to students and their families. A love for working with students and engaging with families. Strong communication skills and the ability to foster positive relationships.

A qualified candidate will meet at least one of the following criteria:
Holds registration in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers or is qualified to teach in a Canadian Province/Territory outside Ontario. Is a current teacher candidate, pursuing a Bachelor of Education. Has experience as a lecturer/course instructor at an accredited Canadian University or College.
