BUSINESS ANALYST
Aversan Inc. (www.aversan.com) is a reputable Engineering Company that provides expertise in Systems Integration, Product Design/Development and Software/Product Testing for highly regulated industries including Digital Health, Medical Devices, IT and Aerospace. We are currently seeking a qualified Business Analyst towork on leading edge technology products**.** The successful candidate for this position will be a part of highly motivated and highly technical work environment that feeds off the collective energy of a team-oriented workplace.
Location: St-Laurent, QC (Hybrid)
RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the development of tools to visualize and monitor business performance.

Review and analyze processes, tools, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Support the maintenance of project databases and ensure data integrity.

Main responsibilities include Cost Performance/Profitability/GM analysis; Profiling; Ops savings; Financial forecasting; PRC analysis; Invoicing; Financial topsheets; Manloading; S&op; Cost Performance/Profitability/GM analysis; Ad-hoc analysis to support business operations.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering; A Master's degree in a relevant field would be an asset;

At least five years of experience in business analysis or a related field;

Solid understanding of business process redesign concepts and process improvement techniques;

Skills in research, analysis, synthesis, process mapping, and documentation;
-
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously;
-
Proven experience in agile projects (Scrum, Kanban);
-
Proficiency with tools for process mapping (Lucidchart, Visio), and project management (Azure DevOps, Jira);
-
Understanding of digital customer experience concepts;
-
Proficiency in English and French required.

- Strong sense of leadership with respect to process improvement initiatives;
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with other teams and project stakeholders;
