Job description
Overview :
Reporting directly to the Application/After-Sales Service Manager, your main objectives will be :
= > Deploying ADVEEZ systems at customer sites
= > Managing product returns and after-sales service
Position based in Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver
Role :
- Deploying and verifying ADVEEZ systems at customer sites
- Ensuring the smooth running of product deployments by subcontractors
- Participating in the training and support of customer technical teams
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of ADVEEZ systems by collecting functional information from deployed systems
Regular travel in Canada, USA and France is to be expected.
Profile
Skills and Experience Required :
- Two years of higher education
- Previous experience in a similar position is appreciate (electrotechnical experience)
- Methodical and organized
- Independent and thorough
- Ability to work in a team
- Willingness to travel regularly
- Ability to adapt to different work environments
- Optional : GSE experienced
