- Have deep product management experience in launching platforms including the 0-1 phase of building something new. You have managed from the launch through the scale phase of an ambitious idea and are looking forward to doing it again
- Are AI native. You’ve managed AI products in your last role and you are passionate about the future of AI platforms
- Are a systems thinker with a proven ability to design editor platforms or modular products that scale with user needs, with a strong track record of shaping and launching highly technical products. You have great developer taste when it comes to delivering on the needs of a technical audience
- Understand marketplace dynamics and platform-to-platform interfaces with a product history of integration product surfaces. You have empathy for the community developer that wants to contribute to the ecosystem and wants to make their voice heard
- Excel at transforming complex technical capabilities into intuitive, user-friendly experiences, with a strong product intuition and a deep commitment to delivering polished, accessible solutions that delight customers. Must be comfortable rolling up your sleeves in design sprints and helping ideate on Figma to bring these interfaces to life
- Are an exceptional, clear, and strategic communicator, able to influence across technical and non-technical audiences, rally stakeholders, and drive alignment across ambiguity without authority
- Thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments, and know how to bring clarity through structured thinking, collaboration and iteration, balancing big-picture vision with detail-oriented execution to ship impactful product experiences. You are comfortable working with disparate data and know how to collect more to drive decision making
- Are a tinkerer or a builder. You get your ideas out into the world through a prototype, wireframes or mocks and are able to put theories into peoples’ hands to explain your ideas

- You’ll partner closely with design, engineering, product marketing, and research to bring new, enterprise-grade tools to market that redefine what’s possible with Webflow
- Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Management
- As a Staff Product Manager - New AI Products at Webflow, you’ll lead the vision, strategy, and execution for a new generation of platform capabilities, exploring emerging technologies to shape the future of web creation
- This is a pivotal opportunity to build a new platform from the ground up that aligns with our long-term company mission and serve our fast-growing customer base
- Define and drive the product strategy for a new, scalable, AI product platform at Webflow considering user needs, business objectives & market opportunities
- Collaborate deeply with engineering, design, and cross-functional partners to scope, prioritize, and build our next gen product experience for our largest customers and agencies from 0 → 1
- Drive roadmap alignment across executive stakeholders, clarifying and advocating for new product investments that deliver long-term value
- Lead the creation & adoption of new APIs to enable interoperability across Webflow and external surfaces
- Partner with go-to-market and customer teams to develop positioning, onboarding, and feedback loops for new product adoption
- Stay curious and open to growth by actively building fluency in emerging technologies to continually bring fresh perspectives to the team
