About the role
Job Overview: Reporting to the Manager, Facilities, Infrastructure and Projects, the Facilities Coordinator, Facilities and Infrastructure is responsible for coordinating all requests directed to the department.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Coordinate and follow up on facilities and infrastructure requests
- Manage inventories, assets, invoices, and service calls
- Support clinics, departmental projects, and internal stakeholders
- Liaise with suppliers and analyze quotes
- Assist team members with departmental tasks
Education, Credentials, Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written) - French is an asset
- Facilities experience preferred
- Dental industry experience considered an asset
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and time management
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Customer service–oriented mindset
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
