About the role:
We’re looking for an Agile Coach to join our Solutions Delivery team and help bring the agile mindset to life at Centah. You’ll work with teams and individuals to strengthen agile practices, so we can deliver value to our customers faster and more effectively.
In this role, you’ll drive our Agile transformation strategy, designing approaches that foster continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance. Partnering closely with stakeholders across Solutions Delivery, you’ll use your agile and lean expertise to build capability, inspire change, and help teams do their best work.
What you’ll do:
- Coach and mentor 2-3 teams, fostering a culture of self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate retrospectives, discussions, and decision-making, while guiding ceremonies and supporting conflict resolution.
- Help teams break down requirements into clear, actionable tasks and define effective development processes.
- Monitor and communicate progress toward delivery goals, ensuring visibility and transparency across the organization.
- Support cross-team coordination to align efforts and manage dependencies.
- Shield teams from external distractions, and work with stakeholders to remove blockers that hinder delivery.
- Coach Product Owners on backlog management and prioritization to keep work clear, refined, and ready for development.
- Partner with leadership to evaluate and improve agile practices through maturity assessments and ongoing feedback.
- Design and deliver tailored agile training, and foster Communities of Practice to share knowledge and strengthen organizational agility.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in agile environments, ideally across different teams and contexts.
- Strong experience partnering with engineering teams, including Developers, QAs, and Product Owners to embed agile ways of working.
- Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Proven experience coaching at scale with agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, and Lean.
- Hands-on expertise applying lean/agile practices in product development settings.
- Strong facilitation and consulting skills, with the ability to guide technical teams through agile adoption and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to adapt your style for different audiences.
- Strong listening, facilitation, and relationship-building skills to foster collaboration and trust.
