Position Description

The Continuous Improvement Specialist will analyze the company's processes and working collaboratively with all areas of the business including Sales, Marketing, Operations, CX and Service to make suggestions on how to improve them.

What You Will Do

  • Identify cross functional process improvements that will have a demonstratable bottom line impact and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Conduct detailed analysis of the current situation that accurately describes the issues
  • Accurately analyze options including impact and feasibility
  • Work with Project Manager to establish a clear and well-articulated implementation plan
  • Leading the CONNECT platform in training, support & enhancement requests

What You Will Bring

  • Minimum 3 year’s of relevant experience
  • A University or college degree in a related field
  • A strong ability to work individually and manage time and deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and possess an initiative to make process improvements
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills – written, verbal and excellent presentation skills.
  • Self starter, and strong ability to prioritize
  • Takes positive approach and has sense of urgency
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with internal resources

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 + 15% annual bonus
