Nous recherchons un spécialiste Active Directory capable d'être rapidement opérationnel et de challenger une équipe experte déjà en place.
Vous interviendrez au sein des équipes ProdSec / Active Directory, dans un environnement hautement sécurisé, critique, et distribué à l'international.
###Compétences techniques
- 5+ années d'expérience avec une expertise solide en Active Directory & Entra ID.
- Expérience en environnements de production critiques au sein de grandes organisations internationales (secteur bancaire : un atout).
- Maîtrise confirmée des environnements hybrides (AD on‑prem + Cloud).
- Atouts majeurs :
- Connaissance de RC4 (projet en cours d'éradication).
- Expérience en consolidation AD à grande échelle.
- Compétences techniques incontournables :
- AD DS, DNS, GPO, PKI, ADFS
- Entra ID, Azure AD Connect, Identity Governance
- PowerShell avancé (audits, scripts, automatisation)
- Concepts de sécurité : RBAC, Zero Trust, MFA, Tiering AD.
- Outils : Sempris ADFR / Forest Druid, Ranger AD, PingCastle, Microsoft 365, Defender, GraphAPI.
- Connaissance appréciée : DRP / BCP AD.
Responsabilités:
- Administrer, exploiter et durcir les forêts AD : Corporate, Resources, Isolation.
- Gérer les Domain Controllers (Windows Server 2019/2022), GPO, DNS, Sites & Services, réplication.
- Administrer Entra ID, IAM, AD Connect.
- Participer aux projets stratégiques du Groupe :
- Consolidation AD
- Refonte DNS
- Tiering / sécurité des comptes sensibles
- Automatiser les opérations via PowerShell : audits, provisioning, remédiation.
- Contribuer au PRA / DRP AD : détection, restauration, communication technique.
- Suivre et analyser la sécurité : Change Auditor, EDR, collecte de logs.
- Participer aux projets transverses : fusions-acquisitions, intégration applicative, onboarding/offboarding, conformité sécurité.
- Produire la documentation (DAT, DEX) et contribuer à la gouvernance AD.
