The specialist will support marketing campaigns, promote residential and commercial security products, and assist in developing sales strategies to grow market share. Daily responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, following up with prospects, maintaining accurate sales records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience. The role also includes participating in ongoing training, staying current with industry trends, and contributing to promotional activities and events.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and build long-term relationships. Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and support sales targets. Candidates should possess Training skills to help onboard new team members and educate customers on security products and services. Candidates should have strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple leads, tasks, and deadlines. Candidates should ideally have experience in security, telecommunications, or related industries, along with proficiency in basic CRM and office software. Candidates should hold a relevant diploma or degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.
