Responsibilities Our priority is to make sure we hire welders that care about the safety of our drivers and the service provided to the community. As a welder with us the minimum responsibilities are:
- Refurbishing and repairing front-end and roll-off waste containers.
- Performing MIG, TIG, and Arc welding in various positions.
- Assisting Heavy Duty mechanics with compactors and other equipment repairs.
- Painting bins and contributing to overall shop order.
- Delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 3PM to 11:30PM What We Need From You As a Welder
- Experience with MIG, TIG, and Arc welding in various positions.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and fabrication skills.
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs. and work independently.
- Willingness to take direction and learn new skills.
- Safety-conscious with attention to detail.
- Available to work Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime as needed.
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment requirements
