At Dentalook, we are looking for a Practice Manager who wants to make a real impact on their team, their patients, and the overall success of the practice.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support a high-performing dental team
- Create a positive and patient-focused culture
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice
- Support scheduling, office flow, and team coordination
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members
- Help drive office growth and patient satisfaction
- Ensure an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
- Support hiring, onboarding, and employee engagement
What We're Looking For
- Previous dental office management or leadership experience
- Strong understanding of dental operations and patient care
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A confident leader who leads by example
- Someone who is proactive, accountable, and people-focused
- Experience with dental software is considered an asset
