Key Responsibil itiesFinance Function Design & Implement ationAssess the current finance and reporting environment across multiple portfolio compa nies.Design and implement a monthly consolidated financial reporting process at the holding company l evel.Develop Chart of Accounts mapping to support accurate and efficient financial consolidat ions.Establish standardized accounting policies, financial governance, and reporting proto cols.Create a monthly reporting calendar with clear responsibilities and timel ines.Build lender reporting packages, including debt covenant repor ting.Develop executive and Board-level reporting packages that provide meaningful financial insi ghts.Coordinate with external auditors, valuation specialists, and advisors during audits and other financial proj ects.Evaluate and recommend financial reporting and consolidation technology to improve efficiency and scalabi lity.Design processes that support future acquisitions and organizational gr
owth. Ongoing Strategic CFO S upportLead the monthly financial close and consolidation pr ocess.Prepare consolidated financial statements and supporting working p apers.Record consolidation and elimination journal en tries.Prepare lender reporting packages and debt covenant calcula tions.Develop monthly executive and Board reporting pac kages.Review consolidated financial results, investigate variances, and ensure reporting acc uracy.Coordinate ongoing communication with portfolio company finance teams, auditors, lenders, and external adv isors.Support annual audits and valuation-related activ ities.Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior leade rship.Support finance-related projects and corporate initiatives as req
uired. Qualifi cationsCPA designation re quired.Progressive leadership experience as a CFO, VP Finance, Director of Finance, or similar senior financ e role.Experience within private equity, holding companies, or complex multi-entity organiz ations.Strong knowledge of consolidated financial reporting and financial statement prepa ration.Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, acquisition accounting, and corporate finance acti vities.Familiarity with debt financing, banking relationships, and covenant rep orting.Experience working with external auditors and valuation profess ionals.Strong understanding of financial governance, accounting policies, and internal co ntrols.Demonstrated ability to build and improve finance processes in growing organiz ations.Excellent communication and relationship management skills.Hands-on leadership style with both strategic and operational capabi
lities.
