We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our small team. This role reports directly to the head of Marketing and plays a central role in promoting our brand, creating content, driving lead generation, and supporting our sales team through engaging and impactful marketing initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop compelling written and visual content for digital channels, brochures, product sheets, and presentations.
- Coordinate event participation, including booth design, shipping, on-site set up and tear down, and post-event follow-up.
- Execute campaigns across email, social media, and paid channels to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Implement strategies to capture and nurture leads, maintain accurate CRM data, and support the sales team with timely, qualified opportunities.
- Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns align with our brand identity and tone.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of marketing experience, B2B or manufacturing environment
- Strong writing, editing, and design sensibilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Canva, and other design tools
- Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms
- Proven ability to plan and manage tradeshows or similar events
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel within North America
- Photography experience
Shift Availability
- Days - Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm
