Project Manager
This is a part-time, contract role from August 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, with a high probability of an extension for 2027. Schedule: 22 hours/week; 4 days/week, 5.5 hours per day. Pay rate: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour (+ HST), invoicing monthly. Reporting to the COO, the incumbent will provide cross-functional project leadership on a number of critical projects. Location: This is a remote position based in Canada; there is a preference for a GTA-based candidate. This position will require occasional on-site working days at the Company’s Mississauga, Ontario office.

Duties and Responsibilities
Provide cross-functional project leadership across multiple projects concurrently. Develop project plans, oversee detailed execution, task completion, tracking and communication updates for implementation of internal and client facing initiatives Support Inventory management process. Ongoing support and development of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), Implementation Plans, Inventory Management Practices in coordination with team members. Participation and leadership of weekly project and program updates and tracking for reporting and actions. Other duties as required.
Job Requirements
PMP designation is preferred. 7+ years of relevant experience. Good technical acumen with equipment and service deployment projects with external clients. Bilingual (French and English) is an asset. Exceptionally strong organizational skills. Self-initiated management. Excellent communication skills – writing and verbal.
Expert-level skills with MS Office, specifically Excel, is required
Experience working in a relevant industry, such as healthcare services, telecommunications, or SaaS, is strongly preferred.
