About the role

The Bagga Team at Royal LePage Magna is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Assistant to support our top-producing agents in managing high-volume transactions and delivering exceptional client service.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of real estate operations, including client communication, transaction coordination, and administrative support. You will draft and review contracts, conduct Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs), prepare listing and marketing packages, and coordinate showings, inspections, and open houses. You will also liaise with clients, lenders, lawyers, and other professionals to ensure seamless transactions from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is licensed in Alberta through RECA , highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Strong knowledge of contracts, compliance requirements, and MLS systems is essential. Proficiency with CRMs (Follow Up Boss preferred), Google Workspace, and real estate software is required.

This position demands flexibility, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once. As a Licensed Assistant, you will also act as a trusted representative of The Bagga Team, stepping in to support agents and clients directly when needed.

Compensation $40,000 - $70,000 + Bonus

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage all real estate transaction documents from contract to closing
  • Schedule showings, inspections, appraisals, and meetings for the agent(s)
  • Liaise with clients, lawyers, mortgage brokers, home inspectors, and other professionals
  • Draft and manage contracts, amendments, and forms in compliance with AREA & EREB standards
  • Prepare and organize CMA reports, listing packages, and buyer presentations
  • Monitor and maintain CRM (Follow Up Boss) with accurate data entry and follow-up tracking
  • Ensure all files are complete, compliant, and submitted to brokerage administration on time
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring consistent communication and timely updates
  • Support with listing management uploading to MLS, scheduling photography, signage, lockboxes, and marketing materials
  • Coordinate open houses and show feedback reports
  • Contribute to daily team meetings, agent accountability, and client success tracking

Qualifications

  • Must be a Licensed Real Estate Associate in Alberta (RECA compliant)
  • Member of the Edmonton Real Estate Board (EREB) and AREA
  • Minimum 2 years of direct experience in real estate administration or as a licensed assistant
  • Deep understanding of Alberta real estate contracts, conveyancing, and compliance protocols
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced team environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in real estate technology Follow Up Boss, WebForms, Matrix, ShowingTime, Google Suite, Canva, DocuSign, etc.
  • Flexible availability, some evening and weekend support may be required
  • Positive, can-do attitude and a passion for client service
