Job Description
We are currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Class 3 Drivers – Tree Delivery & Planting. This seasonal position involves delivering andhand plantingtrees across Calgary and surrounding areas using a knuckle crane or dolly. Training on the knuckle crane will be provided if required.

Position Overview This is a physically demanding role that requires stamina and a willingness to work long hours. You will play a key role in ensuring the timely and safe delivery and planting of trees for residential and commercial clients.
Primary Responsibilities
- Safely deliver trees and hand-plant at various locations within Calgary and the surrounding areas.
- Operate trucks and equipment, including a knuckle crane (training provided if needed).
- Interact with customers to ensure trees are appropriately placed and provide excellent customer service.
- Load and secure deliveries while maintaining accurate logbooks and records.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks.
Qualifications Required:
- Valid Class 3 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract.
- Professional driving experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate effectively with dispatch, clients, and team members.
- Knowledge of Calgary’s street systems and the ability to maneuver large vehicles in tight residential areas.
- Physical fitness to handle the demands of the role, including working long hours as required.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
Preferred:
- Experience with knuckle cranes, water trucks, loaders, tele-dynes, forklifts, or other equipment.
