We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development using ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core, REST APIs, and SQL Server, with experience in Git and Agile methodologies. Familiarity with Angular is a plus. This role involves leading development efforts, mentoring team members, and collaborating across departments to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using ASP.NET MVC and .NET Core.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs for system integration and data exchange.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks from design to deployment.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand -ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, BAs, and Product Owners.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior and intermediate developers.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
- Maintain and optimize SQL Server databases and queries.
- Use Git for version control, branching, and pull request management.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and contribute to technical decision-making
- Document technical designs, development notes, and implementation details.
Qualifications
- 7+ years’ experience working with .NET based web technologies (ASP.NET, C#, MVC, .Net Core, REST APIs, and SQL Server).
- Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows.
- Solid understanding of Agile development practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience leading large scale development projects.
- Demonstrated capability in setting and influencing technical direction at all levels of an organization.
- Capacity to work within tight deadlines, often while balancing multiple, conflicting priorities.
- Must be able to work with little supervision.
