Overview
The Americas Business & Sales Operations (BSO) is the center of excellence for cross-business execution performance, strategy & planning, and sales operations. The team helps scale execution, operationalize business & sales programs, drive business strategy, sales, and partner transformation that accelerate Microsoft’s business objectives locally. This role is focused on supporting the US Financial Services Operating Unit (OU).

We are looking to hire an Influencer Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies that leverage influencers and partnerships to connect with and engage our top customer personas. This role focuses on building authentic relationships with influencers that resonate with target audiences, aligning marketing initiatives with persona needs and business objectives. The Influencer Marketing Manager ensures these partnerships drive brand affinity, extend reach, and position the company as a trusted and top-of-mind brand.

Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 1+ year(s) integrated marketing (e.g., campaign planning and execution, digital marketing), event management, program management, marketing operations (including campaign reporting and analysis), or related work experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of experience in effective marketing measurement focused on extracting and analyzing data to derive key audience insights, connecting to business impact and translating into actionable next steps
- 1+ years of experience managing stakeholder and agency relationships ensuring clear, consistent and proactive communication, clarity and status updates to keep campaign delivery on time and within budget
- 1+ years of experience in project management of enterprise marketing campaigns, spanning large budgets, v-teams, deliverables and execution partners across regional and corporate teams.
Additional or preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., campaign planning and execution, digital marketing), event management, program management, marketing operations (including campaign reporting and analysis), or related work experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, building an influencer engine targeted to business decision makers, persona development and management, with an understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- Establish and manage relationships and mindshare with influencers, content curators within commercial/executive engagement space
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute marketing strategies that drive engagement and align with business objectives,
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in supporting and ensuring alignment with persona needs.
- Ability to track and analyze marketing metrics to provide actionable insights and improve strategies.
- Self-motivated, proactive leader with entrepreneurial growth mindset that can move quickly from concept to strategy to execution
Field Integrated Marketing IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $69,600 - CAD $130,900 per year.

- Track and measure the impact of influencer activities on persona engagement and brand affinity.
- Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, including reach, engagement, and ROI.
